About this policy
This policy explains how information is handled by Dock Trails: Ship Puzzle and its support contact. It covers the Android game, including when the Android app is made available through Google Play Games on PC. “We” means the developer of Dock Trails: Ship Puzzle, reachable at the contact above.

Local game information
The game stores unlocked levels, scores, stars, sound preferences and vibration settings locally on your device. There is no game account, developer-operated game server or cloud-save service. We do not receive your locally saved gameplay progress through the game. Operating-system backups may retain app data according to your device settings.

Android advertising and consent
The Android edition uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When advertising services are used, Google may collect and share your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic/performance information. These are used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. UMP handles applicable consent signals and privacy choices.

The game requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean that no information is processed: contextual ads can still use identifiers or storage for frequency control, reporting and fraud prevention, subject to applicable consent. Ads are requested only when the consent SDK reports that requests are permitted. The game does not request GPS, contacts, camera or microphone access. No third-party mediation adapters are included in this version.

An interstitial may appear whenever you tap Try Again or Restart Level, before the next attempt begins. On successful level completion, ads follow a two-attempt interval and appear before result-screen buttons. Failed attempts show their ad on Try Again rather than on the failure screen. There is no minimum play-time requirement. If an ad is unavailable, you can continue immediately; ads never load late over active gameplay.

Playing on a PC
When this Android app runs through Google Play Games on PC, the same advertising, consent and local-progress practices apply. Sending a support email or following a link uses the service you choose outside the game. Any Google Play Games platform services are also subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

Your choices
Where required, a Google consent form appears before advertising requests. Where Google requires an ongoing privacy entry point, Settings includes Privacy Choices so you can revisit the available choices. You can also reset or delete the advertising ID using supported Android settings. Choosing against personalized advertising does not remove all ads. Gameplay remains available when an ad or consent service is unavailable.

Support messages
If you email indiatechstore@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information. Support messages are handled through Gmail under Google's terms and privacy practices.

Sharing, security and retention
We do not operate a separate advertising-data database or sell your local game progress. Google processes information through its advertising and consent services as described in its policies. Google states that Mobile Ads SDK transmissions use TLS encryption. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Local progress remains until it is cleared or removed, subject to device backups. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations; contact us to request deletion. Google's retention rules apply to information it processes, and we cannot promise deletion of data controlled independently by Google.

Access and deletion
You can clear local game data in your device's app settings or uninstall the game. This removes local progress, subject to device backups. There is no in-game account to delete. For support-message access or deletion, email indiatechstore@gmail.com with the subject “Dock Trails privacy request”. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights. We will consider requests under the law that applies to them. Use Google's privacy controls for information independently processed by Google.

Children
This release is intended for players aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address the request. The game's visual style and any content rating do not change this intended audience.
