Privacy Policy: Worm Rush : Slither Out
This policy explains what information the mobile game Worm Rush : Slither Out (the "App"), published by Refulgence ("we", "us"), collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, and no in-app purchases.
Game progress stored on your device. Your unlocked levels, stars, coins and settings (sound, vibration) are saved only on your device. This data is never sent to us, and is deleted when you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App is free and shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve, measure and protect ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK built into the App may automatically collect and send to Google:

Google processes this data under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Ad types. The App shows full-screen ads between levels and optional "rewarded" video ads. You choose to watch a rewarded ad in exchange for an in-game bonus, and you never have to watch one. Ad content is limited to material suitable for general audiences.
3. Your consent and choices
- Consent form. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or in a US state with privacy laws that require it, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent tool before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy Options inside the App.
- Advertising ID. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, under Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).
- Delete your data. Clearing the App's storage or uninstalling it removes all game data. For data held by Google, use the controls at My Ad Center.
4. Children
The App is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the data the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects as described in section 2, we do not share information with third parties, because we do not receive any.
6. Data retention and security
We hold no data about you on our servers. Game progress stays on your device until you remove it. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state privacy laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Because we do not store your data, most requests are best directed to Google using the links above, but you are always welcome to contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
